E-GARDEN is for marketing, customer management, and services, providing paid courses and other e-commerce services, fulfilling statutory or contractual obligations, protecting the rights and interests of parties and related stakeholders, after-sales service, and operating business registration items or articles of association. According to the nature of the service, your name, contact method (including but not limited to telephone, email, and address, etc.), service unit, job title, and information required to complete collection or payment may be collected for the business and other purposes specified (including data, IP address, and other personal data that can directly or indirectly identify the user's identity.)

Besides, to improve service quality, E-GARDEN will record the user’s IP address and browsing activities in the E-GARDEN platform (for example, the software and hardware used by the user, selected web pages) and other data, but these data are only used for traffic analysis and Internet behavior surveys to improve the service quality of E-GARDEN. These data are only a total analysis and will not be linked to specific individuals.

Users have the activity records of their chosen courses in E-GARDEN, as well as managing and sharing information through the set functions.

Besides, for the content covered by intellectual property rights (including IP content of photos and videos), the user specifically grants E-GARDEN the following permissions: The user grants E-GARDEN a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free global license, E-GARDEN can use any IP content participating in the E-GARDEN platform service and E-GARDEN connection (IP authorization). At the same time, when the user deletes the IP content, the situation is like cleaning up the recycle bin on the computer.

However, users should understand that the deleted content may have a backup copy in E-GARDEN within a reasonable time frame (but it will not be provided to others for use).

Also, when a user publishes content or data using public settings, it means that the user allows all members to access or use the data and associate it with the user (for example, the user's name and photo).
